"ok this stuff smells like poppers (so don't do a test sniff) and don't use it like aftershave. But for sheer gripping power its unreal, basically locks you to the bar like a magnet. Only need a tiny pea sized amount worked into the palm like moisturiser. Terrific for Deadlifts, Power Cleans, Shrugs, Chins, anything where a reliable sweat defying grip is required. And doesn't leave messy chalk dust everywhere."

I ordered this as I needed to reduce my hands getting slippery from sweat while doing pullups. I don't have a pullup bar but use a finger grip on a roof beam and this stuff has really helped me. A little dap is all you need. When I started with the pullups I could do 3 or 4 reps and then my fingers would slip off. Now I'm up to 16 reps and my lats are what is failing not my grip. Also improved my deadlifting. This product is great and allows you to actually work to failure rather than having to stop because your hands are too sweaty to hold onto anything.

"This liquid chalk is excellent, at my gym they have rubber grips on the machines and plastic handles on the dumbells, i used to keep slipping off especially if some sweaty git had just been on it. now, i'm getting more reps out, lifting heavier, this is a must for anyone who is into their gym!!"

"I regularly buy MP products and although all MP products i have tried have been great, until now i have never been compelled to write a review. I tried the chalk the other day on a pull session and was blown away at how effective it was on dead lifts, barbell rows, lat pull downs and dumbbell shrugs. I did not once need to reach for my straps. Until now i thought my grip was giving out due to poor grip retention but have now established that it was my sweaty palms. Thanks MP for a great product."

"Finally got my order after being out of stock for ages, but it was worth the wait. \n\nYou dont need much, and it lasts a whole workout, so no need to carry the bottle around with you everywhere. Vastly improves grip and doesnt make your hands feel 'tacky' either. \n\nGreat where you're not allowed regular chalk, or dont want to mess around with it between sets."

"I paid £15 for a small bottle of spray chalk from another company which ran out pretty fast. This stuff is ace it works really well and my deadlifts have really taken off since using it,and it never seems to run out!! Great product."

This is the first product that I have taken the time to write a review for. This product is well worth buying. Added 15kg to my deadlift by using the chalk. Its amazing how much your grip affects your lifts. Have tried straps and gloves previously but from now on will only be using chalk.

Have tried these products in the past and not been too impressed with their performance. This on the other hand is the best i've tried - small pea sized amount lasts a whole workout and really improved my deadlift grip.
