Deadlift Essential
5Mine arrived this morning. Found it easy to apply (about a pea size of liquid and just rub hands or blow to dry it). 2 weeks ago I struggled to get past 180kg - grip kept failing. Today I managed 230kg and held for 5 seconds before slow controlled descent - no sign of any grip problems at all. Brilliant stuff. Came off easily in the shower.

5This is great stuff! Always struggling with sweaty palms on deadlifts, especially when I'm going for new PBs, used this the other day and I don't like to acquit improvements solely to items, but this definitely gave me that little bit of confidence when trying to set new personal best, got 140kg x3 and 150x1 when my previous was only 140x1!

5No real faults with this, because it does exactly what it sets out to do. Works as effectively as normal chalk, only less messy and a reasonable price. Great for stopping sweat wherever you put it, and helps with grip when RAW deadlifting or performing cleans/snatches and other similar based exercises. Definitely recommended! Goes Well With:Deadlifts/Cleans/Jerks/Snatches/Gymnastics/Cheerleading/Rock climbing

5Deadlifts, Pull-ups?? Or anything else.. No grip?? Forget about gloves or straps..this chalk is the solution!! If you want to train hard..I really recommend this! ! Ciaoo

Better than expected.
5I've only just started taking up weight lifting as a form of Gym work and I was looking into ways of bettering my grip. I've borrowed my mates gloves and they made my palms sweat so that was out. I then looked into chalk, standard chalk was too messy and by chance this came up when looking into it further. I was a bit hesitant when first ordering it but for the price, why not. I've been using it for a fortnight and I can honestly say I wish I had it from the start and the hesitation was completely unecessary. Would now highly recommend it. No if's no But's if your looking for extra grip this IS THE BEST TO USE...

Effective grip!
5I always have a problem with sweaty palms and it was hampering my workout effectiveness for a long time. However,i got this MyProtein liquid chalk and it improved my grip by significantly reducing sweat in my palms. Now I am able to workout to my full potential as weak grip is no longer a factor that will hinder my workout progression

Liquid chalk
5Easy to use, not messy like normal chalk and doesn't get all over your clothes or kit! My girlfriend and I both use liquid chalk in order to give us peace of mind that sweaty clammy hands aren't going to stop us from going heavy. Go hard or go home after all!
