Wanted to give a good reveiw
1I really wanted to give this a good review as it does what it should and I use to have one years ago which worked perfectly and lasted. However I have only used this 4 times only for heat and it is never put in the microwave for longer than 1 minute 30 seconds. I also check every 30 seconds for the perfect temperature. I have noticed the gel pack is splitting which is very disappointing seeing as I only bought this 2 weeks ago and used as previously said 4 times.

Product split
1I was intending to use this after workouts for my neck and shoulder. I have used this twice now, in a pan of boiling water, it didn't heat up enough for a prolonged use. I popped it in the microwave for the recommended 75 seconds and the inner bag split along the seam after 1 use. Quite disappointed really.

Brilliant
5Much larger than it looks in the picture. Only had it a day but it’s brilliant. The pouch and strap is really handy too. Cheap but great for the price!

Fantastic temperature packs!
5I've tried using these hot and cold packs for various physio problems (e.g. plantar fasciitis, broken hand plus stiff neck) and these bags were the best cold and hot bags ever. The aspects I really liked about these bags in particular are that they can conveniently be stored in the freezer, come in the fabric sleeve and can be snugly held in place using the strap thingy. Another thing is that these bags are of a real good decent size. I ended up having a couple so I could multiple bags at the same time for various problems and conveniently change between cold and hot therapy without having to wait for longer periods of times. These bags felt super relieving! =)

4It’s super useful and the band/strap bit is amazingly useful - only downfall it gets cold pretty quickly but other than that it’s amazing

Best product hands down!
5This is super great value. It's much bigger than it appears so you can cover larger areas with ease rather than moving it around. And the Velcro wrap really secures it in place, I can wrap it on and walk around with it on my knee or ankle so your not restricted to the sofa or bed while icing. For the money, it's handy to have a couple just incase. Goes Well With:Tired, sore, inflamed joints and muscles.

5Packs are much bigger than I expected. Great for use both hot and cold. Amazing price for the size and pouch. Very happy.

Hot/cold gel packs
5Really moldable to fit around my arm and shoulder even when frozen. They retained their heat well and were much thicker with gel than others I have tried.
