Really useful for injured foot
5Really impressed with this. Bigger than expected and when I wrap it on my foot it stays in place and does a good job of keeping it cool.

Hot and Cold gel pack
5Really easy to use and ideal for those cold and warm compressions after exercise. I bought two one to keep in the freezer and one to use warm. Amazing quality and the size is bigger than I expected. The pouch again is great quality

Brilliant!
5Great product, I’ve had a couple of running injuries and I’ve used this product as both a hot and cold pack, it’s really helped with recovery and is comfortable against the skin.

A life saver
5This is literally so handy, and much easier than a hot water bottle, savings you water too! I ordered a second one so I can keep one in the freezer and one on standby to heat. Great for period pain but I’ve also used it on my shoulder when I pulled it, my back and even my knee.

Poor quality doesn’t fit with my belly as they showed in pictures, process to do this very hard .

5Recently had a knee operation and needed to get the swelling down - my previous reusable ice pack burst so I needed a new one and this was perfect as I can strap it round it and it doesn’t just fall off with every slight move

Great value
5Have tendonitis in both shoulders and this has allowed me to maintain an icing schedule without having to fish around for frozen food. Malleable aswell so easily shaped to shoulder

Absolutely amazing
5First time using heat or ice but due to developing tennis elbow lifting these have been a god send. Cheapest around and do exactly what they say. Bought two of these and would highly recommend to anyone
