Hot/cold pack
5Comes in handy for aches and pains with injury’s and even for the kids bumps!! Easy to wear under clothing on upper body with belt/pouch it comes with. It’s actually a really good bargain buy!

4Used it as a cold pack when my back was stiff. The belt that comes with it helps.

Love the gel pack
5Very good for joint pains when I've overdone it with the exercise! Material is good, velcro holds up well and is comfortable to use.

5I love that you can use it hot and cold. I’ve mainly used it cold to wrap around my knee. Stays cold for hours, love the handy pouch you put it in rather than faffing about with a tea towel etc. Stays put once wrapped even when walking about. Used it hot once and was okay, was a big scared to keep cranking up the time in the microwave but you can also submerge in hot water.

Very good ice packs already have 3 but will get more.
5The picture doesn't do it justice by making them look small. They are a really good size so perfect for all body parts. As well as flexible so can bend to fit the body part you're treating. I've only used them for icing so can't comment on heat treatment. However, I would caution those who would be using them for heat treatment as there seems to be a trend of them not being very good for it (from the other reviews I've read). Problems include - gel pack splitting after heating, not actually getting hot etc The sleeve/strap is very useful so you can still walk around the house getting on with things instead of being confined to the bed/sofa. They stay nice and cold for up to 40mins before needing to be put back in the freezer. Price is really good so have a few in order to keep rotating them in and out for faster icing sessions.

Great accessories
5Use for after rugby and they do their purpose. Have had previous ones from MyProtein when they first came out. Small but of kit but very useful.

Super Product
5As a rugby player I needed ice packs and buying two of these was thee best cheap investment I've made yet. They are easily heated/ cooled and can literally be wrapped around any part of the body; ankles, shoulders, wrists, quads, you name it!

Very useful
5I was surprised with the size of the pack as didn't expect it to be as big as it was from looking at the picture. I've been using it as an ice pack and it works great on sore muscles. The strap also work well to hold it in place. A very useful product, especially for the price!
