The best
5I bought two. This is by so much better than any I have bought in a chemist. Jt says ice cold for ages not bulky so j can slip it under my clothes and unnoticeable.

It's okay..
3Well it gets hot as required ... but within the first use it burst and some of the clear gel escaped, I read all the instructions, it wasn't on for more than two minutes and I did take the wattage of my microwave into account. But with some super glue it was fine , it gets hot, the holder is comfortable , but it would be nice to have a larger band .

AMAZING
5I have recently suffered from “runners knee” so I have painfully strained my knee ligaments. Every time I have tried to put ice on it, I get irritated by it falling off or not being able to move around. With this, I genuinely feel saved. It provides relief without forcing me to stay sat down or in an uncomfortable position to keep ice on my knee. 100% recommend, this has saved my life!!

Good product but...
3I ordered this because of my lower back pain. I wanted a heat pack that would be discreet enough to wear to work, and it is, to be fair. The problem with it is that the elastic belt around the pack, is not very long. I found it very tight around the stomach. I am a female size 16, so not overly large. It wouldn’t fit my husband either (he is a men’s size large) Luckily I had an extension elastic from an old heat pack, and it’s perfectly comfortable now.

Great Product
5Great product, the freeze packs are quite a bit bigger that I thought when i saw them on the screen so one is a goo size for a calf after a run or great for a are after a heavy work out the pouch for the ice pack good quality and the Velcro strap really sturdy. I bought 2 and glad I did i can do both legs at the same time!!

5Material grade is fantastic, gel packs versatility is exceptional. Will be buying a second one for the simple fact the cost is low and exactly what you need for recovery.
