Fantastic
5Brought one to try and have been so impressed. A lot bigger than it looks in the picture it can still easily be wrapped around a knee or the back. I will be buying at least one more of these in the near future.

Ideal
5Bought this for recovery / injuries. Have only used for cold but the gel pack stays cold for so long, and the included pack is so easy to fasten to the body - have been using to help with football recovery.

4Bought this as a present for the avid gym goer, it’s great for muscle aches and Ive even tried it on my cramps - works a treat ladies. Easy to use and looks the part too. Great value!

5I purchased this as I experience some pain after a workout and wanted to get this as the other reviews are so positive but also because it has the velcro strap. I really like this product and you can use it on any part of your body. I'd suggest getting two as the price is so good and while you're waiting for one to ice up, you can use the other! I haven't used it as a heat tool yet, mainly because we're in summer and I prefer icing. I love how you can use it both hot and cold.

5Great product, exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use either by heating in the microwave or freezing in the freezer, and perfect for targeting aches sprains on arms, legs or lower back. Much better than using a bag of frozen peas, and at a great price.

Cause for concern
3I was initially very pleased with this product which I was using for helping alleviate bad pain in my knee. However, after only 5 uses of one of the pads which had been heated, I felt Avery hot spot and on checking the pad, it was split on the side in one place and the gel was leaking out. Luckily I was using the pad inside the sleeve and on top of my denim jeans, which did protect me a little from burning my skin. This is a concern
