This refreshing protein drink is ideal for an alternative protein intake and includes our delicious new natural Protein Smoothie powder. It provides over 20g of whey protein to help muscle growth and repair as well as containing natural fruit sugars which will help to replenish muscle glycogen stores (the one time where sugar is usually accepted) – making it perfect for a post workout shake.

As well as the high protein content, the kiwi fruit and strawberries are rich in many vitamins, flavonoids and minerals which are beneficial to our health and well being. In particular, they contain a high amount of vitamin C (more than oranges) and as much potassium as bananas. Studies also show benefits to the respiratory tract which is common to infection in the winter months. The added Manuka honey will also provide important immune boosting properties from this smoothie.

When can you have this?

Post workout or anytime throughout the day to increase daily protein intake.

  • 2 kiwi fruit (peeled)
  • ½ pint apple juice or water

  • 1 scoop Protein Smoothie
  • ½ tablespoon Manuka Honey
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • ½ a squeeze of lime juice
