Try making BCAA ice cubes and raspberry lemon-infused fizzy water for a refreshing treat that'll keep you in top condition for the whole season.

Makes: 1 jug

Method

1. Combine BCAA powder with water then pour the liquid into ice cube trays. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.

2. Once frozen, combine sparkling water with fresh raspberries, lemon slices and fresh mint in a jug and add plenty of ice, then allow to infuse for 5 minutes.
