I tried the trademarked version before and it worked well. I realised that MP's own zinc and magnesium is exactly the same. It helps with sleep and improves strength somewhat. Highly recommended.

Awesome! Just awesome. Definately an improvent in performance...no doubt about it. I am increasing my weights quicker and I look forward to adding some bulk over the coming months.

"The increased recovery times are great! im also lifting heavier weights more comfortably.. and im not taking creatine. the best thing about these tablets, is the quality of sleep im getting! i sleep so much better at night now. going from waking up 2-3 times in a night to sleeping straight though. also falling asleep more quickly too (even through the exam period). even more awake when i do arise. great buy!"

Helps sleep immencly and thats where your body does most of its recovering so definitly a good buy

"Confusing....it does give you strange and better dreams and improved sleep but as far as recovery is concerned, Im unsure if it has any viable effects, will keep taking it though. I believe I am deficient in zinc anyway, so I take it for them reasons"

took for 30 days and after the second night had the best nights sleep. also had more energy for my workouts with increased levels of indurance. would recomend to anyone who wants a good nights sleep and anyone who wants to aid there recovery.\n\ngreat product at a great price.
