Helped with sleep
4Started taking about 2 weeks ago, taken at bedtime and so far it seems to have helped my sleep, waking up more refreshed and needing less sleep. Not sure on effect if weight loss yet.

I didn’t feel a lot of the effects
3I bought these to reduce my tiredness but i feel like it hasn’t done that and I haven’t felt these effects.Goes Well With:Water

Brilliant
4Started taking these and wow! My sleep has definitely improved, I don’t wake as much during the night. My mood has improved massively due to good sleep. Great if you are working out as you don’t feel as fatigued. They don’t taste or smell the best so take with plenty of water

4Makes my sleep feel much deeper, as if I’m sleeping like a baby. I wake up and I’m not tired what so ever. Very good if you struggle with tiredness or waking up in the middle of the night.

5Started taking this to aid sleep and recovery. After a few days I could feel an improvement in the quality of my sleep Recommend this to anyone working out hard and trying to improve their recovery

Great product
4Been using these a little over 2 weeks now and definitely noticed a difference, don't feel as tired as I would normally do, so a great little product. The taste is not the best, but swallowed down quickly, you barely notice it.
