Does the job.
4These noodles are quite different to regular noodles. They have a chewy consistency almost like jelly. They're great to beef your meals up if you're hungry and not looking to add any more carbs so they're great for a Ketogenic diet. They really do fill you up to be fair! Taste wise, you shouldn't expect much, they're a plain SUBSTITUTE for regular noodles. Goes Well With:Any low carb sauces. Always best to mix with hot sauce to really try and mask the plain taste.

5I adore these noodles. If you are dieting they are a lifesaver, and even if you're not dieting they're just a great addition to meals! Practically no calories and they add serious volume to meals. I always used them in stir fries to bulk the meal up on top of using loads of veggies. They don't really taste of anything, just noodley! I love them, and they're such a good price here I haven't found them cheaper anywhere elseGoes Well With:Stir fries

4I bought these to try after trying my protein spaghetti. they are basicly the same. After cooking them, they are still a bit firm but nothing that you cannot ear, and that comes because of what they are made off. You can add them to pretty much anything. i tried chicken and also salsa. Nutrition wise they are very good as wellGoes Well With:Anything

5Similar to rice noodles. It is not the best taste for a side in the world but it is extremely effective for cuttinf calories. Since it would be a bit much to eat every day, I started eating it every 2-3 days. I'm also gonna try having it for dinner every day for a week to see results. Definitely worth a try if you want to lose weight quickly, train hard, lots of protein and you will see results.Goes Well With:instead of noodles

Nice texture and easy to cook
4These noodles are an excellent source of protein with an unbelievably low calorie count. The texture is nice and the easy mixability means the noodles can be easily added to soups, sauces and stir-frys. The cost is a little on the steep side however, and the odour prior to rinsing is a little fishy. But overall I would recommend this product.Goes Well With:soups/sauces

Barley notice the difference!
4Love these they make a meal and I always finish feeling full asif I've had real noodles! There also quick to do as they cook in about 2-3 minutes!! Goes Well With:I've added mine to stir frys and salads.

Great addition to a meal
4They don't have any taste, but with a good sauce they do the job. Quick and easy to prepare and fantastic macros. A bit expensive.Goes Well With:Bolognaise of stir fry

The low carb dream!
5A well priced, well made product which will serve me well right through my prep. No slimy texture or unpleasant smell which other similar products have, which is always a bonus! I've already added this into many dishes and it's great for bulking out a meal or use 2 packs to provide a decent portion. I hope to see this on offer again soon. Recipe tips: Make homemade Thai curry using blitzed shallots, squirt of Thai paste, lemongrass, fresh lime and unsweetened almond milk, add in a bay leaf whilst simmering then add in the noodles and roasted meat, quote or tofu. Use on top of egg white omelettes to give a crispy crunch - heat through then pop under the grill with the noodles on top. Add into homemade soup and stir frys. A very versatile product which soaks up flavour well. Goes Well With:See above for recipe and meal ideas.
