Great replacement
5These noodles are ideal to aid in weight loss. They are thin and tasteless, however, when added to sauce taste good. I’ve been using them in a stir fry and they bulk it out and fill me up just like regular noodles. The texture is a little odd at first but you do get used to it. Goes Well With:Stir fry

Pleasantly Surprised!
5Since these noodles are extremely low in calories I expected them to be awful in taste, and yes, the smell straight out of the packet is awful.. however! Just drain and rince these babies very well, throw on a good spicy sauce and enjoy the deliciousness! They do have a very specific chew to them however that can be compared to the regular chew of any aldente noodles!Goes Well With:A flavourful sauce / stir fry

5Ive tried all of the zero foods and these noodles and fettuccine are BY FAR the best. Can hardly tell they’re any different once they’re mixed in with other foods

Feels like worms
2They are good fillers to meals, and don't have any taste so they're not over powering and tend to go with anything. However their texture is pretty gross, very slimey and kind of chewy.Goes Well With:Anything sauce based meal

Carb Alternative not a Dupe
4TIP: MAKE SURE YOU RINSE THOROUGHLY BEFORE COOKING! You need to mix this with sauce to make it edible. I have a packet of one o the zero alternatives with my tea every evening. Mostly I mix in a little turmeric for colour and mix in a sauce and microwave. Go really well in broths too, just add to hot stock for a couple of mins. Not like the real thing, but will trick your brain if you treat it right.Goes Well With:Cooking Sauce
