A delicious and convenient alternative
4This mixed fairly well and tasted great. Often these kinds of shakes can be very very sweet, but this one was pretty good on that front. Definitely kept me feeling fuller for longer!

Ok, but it's not Huel
2Mixes ok, but inferior taste and texture to Huel. Far too sweet (in my opinion) and I personally found it a bit "sickly sweet", akin to drinking cake mix or an orange squash made with far too much concentrate - but this wont bother everyone. It's got a good blend of vitamins etc, but you'll need 3 per day to get up to 100% of your RDI. I far prefer Huel in terms of each serving giving you 100% of your RDI plus a few more additional ones. If you're looking for a quick an easy way to get nutrients in your body, then this is ideal, but if like me you're a bit finicky, then you're better of with the alternative. Goes Well With:Milk

Not great, not terrible.
3The ingredients and nutritional profile will show that it's a good meal replacement shake with a decent carb/protein/fat ratio. The taste though is pretty bad. If you think about a protein shake, and then say "now make it vegan", that's what this really tastes like; it's almost as if you can still slightly taste the peas via the protein isolate used, and no one has ever wanted to drink liquid peas. The after taste is damned unpleasant and the shake turns to concrete if mixed with milk. The only supplement worse tasting that I know of is D Aspartic Acid, which is practically unbearable. All in all, if you are vegan, this is probably a great option. Otherwise, stick to whey isolate and instant oats.Goes Well With:Water

100% if you dropped the sweetener
4Perfect apart from the sickly sweet taste, also do not like artificial sweeteners for the damage it can cause to gut bacteria. That said love the rest of it, nutrients great, perfect for weight control, Can you do a sweetened and an unsweetened version to please everyone? Goes Well With:Coffee Water Diets

Overly sweet but does the trick
4I bought this instead of Huel because it was so much cheaper & the reviews were great. I work in a spa and our breaks are too short to eat & digest something so this is perfect. All the reviews say how great it tastes but the users must be sugar addicts because to me it is way too sweet, like almost unbearably sweet! I add 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder to kinda de-sweeten it and I still have to grin & bear it. Putting that aside, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how full I am so for me it works great. Best works with water, in the blender and not left for too long unless you want to eat it with a spoon!Goes Well With:Water

5Wasn't expecting to like a whole fuel blend, but when it was on a half price sale I had to give it a try - and I'm so glad I did! Very filling, super creamy and tastes good too. Perfect for those moments when vegan options are space, traveling or a quick meal on a busy day.Goes Well With:Almond, oat or soya milk

5I just love this stuff this is my third bag ,I find mixing it with oat bran and hot water and making a porridge is far more filling than blending it, and it leaves you fuller longer.I add some nuts and berries too .I have a bowl of the stuff every morning before going to work in construction and it easily keeps me going . I then have the same at lunch time with almonds and bananas. I top this off with a massive healthy evening meal. Any spare fat has just dropped off me .I have tried all the competitors before till I tried whole fuel (And sticking with it)Its the convenience that I find the most appealing .Eat it on its own but if you are working really hard you can add some nuts and fruit.Goes Well With:Nuts ,berries and other fruits.

Delicious unmixable
4Great taste and leave no nasty after taste. Flavour is great, I mix mine with coconut milk & water with a very quick blast with my blender. Worth a buy !Goes Well With:A work out

It's real food.
5This fuel is great. I have 100g per day, split into 2 x 350ml drinks. Anything thicker and it's just too glupy. As a life long vegan this fuel blend is a wonderful product. It has become my daily protein boost along with the vegan blend, but more importantly I always use it when I break a 36-48 hour water fast, is it is gentle on my stomach, not having any nasty milk products in it. It tastes a lot like the vegan blend protein, but has a lighter flavour and a bit less "earthy". I've only tried the chocolate, but it tastes lovely and is an absolute life saver when coming off a long fast. 5 * product at a great price. Goes Well With:1.5 scoops to 300-350ml water.
