2.5 times less vitamin d3 than previously
3Just a warning to regular buyers of vitamin d3. I just noticed with the new order that they have significantly increased the size of the capsules and they now contain 2.5 times less vigamin d3 per capaule than before. One capsule was 2500iu and now is just 1000iu. They also changes iu's to ug's to make it more confusing. Thats disappointing. It used to be such a good product.

4Definitely feel brighter. Could of course be placebo. But definitely has more of an effect than cheaper brands
