"Good quality and tiny capsules. Taken daily on an empty stomach along with other oily supplements, this works a treat. Radio 4 just broadcast a programme commenting on Vitamin D deficiency in the UK and associated health problems, so this is a good solution."

"Brilliant stuff. They caps are tiny, which is great news because they're easy to swallow and 2500iu is a reasonable daily amount. Very reasonable money for what could be 6 months worth if you took 1 a day."

According to the latest knowledge a person needs a vitamin D3 levels 60 to 70 ng / ml.\nThis value can only be determined through a blood test. Only then can reasonably be supplemented with vitamin D3. Dr. Mercola's website has very good information here.

"I was looking for affordale Vitamin D3 for a while and I've finally found it!\n\nThe body produces about 20,000 IU per day if it gets enough sunshine, so supplementation of up to 10,000 can be considered pretty safe in Northern Europe, which meant a lot of tablets for me up to now.\n\nThanx to MyProtein for this excellent product!\n(No, I don't get paid by MP, I really am excited about this product!)"
