5Very small, easy to swallow pills. Good strength per pill at 2500IU, cheapest around I've seen at this strength and number of pills per bottle Hopefully should see me VitD levels increase in next few months, when I next get a check up. Once again great product from myprotein.

5Creatine Gluconate is a good product that's easy to swallow, with no nasty taste. I would recommend it.

4Great product, definitely great priced, but could have a bit more vit D3 content.. 5000iu would be perfect per cap, obviously taking two sorts the problem out, so you can actually control dosage more effectively, as per your personal needs. No issues with taste, even if accidently bitten through the capsule.Goes Well With:Omega 3, Alpha Men

5Studies suggest that it's best absorbable with olive oil (monounsaturated fats), which is included in the capsule. This vitamin d is d3 which means it's cholecalciferol - the most preferred form. Goes Well With: Calcium

"Fantastic value (as always!), thank you. These (very small) capsules provide a very high level of iu for the best-utilised D vitamin at a price that I could not match anywhere else on the Web. Add that to the confidence of buying from Myprotein and it's a great buy! For those of us in northern climes supplementation with vitamin D3 is recommended."
