Good Quality
5Not sure if they work as with a supplement like this I don’t think you will ever know really. Easy to swallow and good select WRU service as always Goes Well With:Multivitamin and a good diet

Great for winter
5Since taking these it has definitely reduced number of colds I get in winter. It is easy to be vitamin D deficient in winter, so I take usually from October to March.Goes Well With:Water and food (preferably fat)

Tiny
4Tiny little tablets, very easy to take, once I've got water in my mouth I actually can't feel it in my mouth at all because it's so tiny which is odd but good I guess? I needed these because my vitamin D was low at 39, I'll be getting retested soon so I'll know whether they've been effective or not. I do feel better in myself, my skin cleared up within a couple of days of taking them and my muscles seem to be aching less after exercise so that's good. Goes Well With:B complex and water

5As a gym goer vitamin D is essential so these are brilliant value and high strength

Sunshine in a capsule.
5Great to top up your vitamin D. I take 2 a day in the winter and 1 a day in the summer. Goes Well With:Vitamin K2 and Magnesium.
