Bigger than advertised
2Not the best product really... When I ordered them the picture on the website shows small round tablets when they are in fact a big oval shape. Its a shame really as I am left with tablets that cannot be used.

5Vitamin C is a very good supplement and goes well with soy protein and potassium supplements, this all helps to make my training routines a lot easier on my muscles and joints.I would recommend them highly Goes Well With:Soy protein, potassium,turmeric and glucosamine

They're a bit much
2Tablets are huge which makes them a little difficult to swallow, though the shape does help. They contain far too much vitamin C - 1250% of the recommended daily dose, The NHS recommends 40mg and no more than 1000mg a day - these contain 1000mg which means if you eat any fruit or veg as well, you're effectively overdosing. Why not make them smaller? Taste isn't great but not as bad as I was expecting. On the whole I have been feeling better in myself since I started taking these. Price seems a little high but most vitamin C tablets are a little pricey anyway.Goes Well With:A lot of water
