5Easy way to get vitamin C boost daily. Only issue is the size of each tablet, it would be much easier to take if the tablet itself was slightly smaller.

4As per most vitamins this seems to make a marginal difference that I can feel but is backed by science to help. Presumably affects the homeostasis so by the time it makes a difference your body has already adjusted and therefore wouldn’t feel the huge boost that people claim. I use this to boost my consumption of Vit C as my work away causes a somewhat sporadic diet. Goes Well With:Anything to wash down the large tablet if your struggle with such things.

4The efficiency of vitamin C depend on what high the percent of bioflavonoids. I think it could be higher.

5I take these first thing in the morning with a thermopure tab and it goves you a really nice pick me up to get you going. I sometimes will take another in the afternoon to make me feel a little more awake.Goes Well With:Thermopure, taking with glass if water
