Make bars with it
5this stuff is fantastic for making protein bars with, once you mix it with water it is effectively the vitafiber syrup. It basically tastes like icing for cakes, which makes it ideal for baking. Really good for a healthy treat! low calories and high fibre! Goes Well With:Whey protein powder

Pretty effective product!!
4Vitafiber is a bit sweet and can be used in shakes, baking and in yogurts. The effects of the fiber is not too crazy powerful but definitely noticeable. From going to the WC every 3 days (horrible right?) to almost once everyday, which is in itself worthy of every gram of the product! A highly satisfying product that I could recommend to a friend. Goes Well With:Shakes, baking, yogurts...

Does the job
5This product does exactly what it says on the tin. I am on a low carb diet so don't get too much fibre, apart from veg so this is essential or me. I mix it with my protein shake and mixes well. I'd definitely recommend mixing with flavoured protein as it can be a bit sour. A good product.Goes Well With:Flavoured protein shake

The Accidental Protein Baker
5I am a chocolate addict, which is reason why i was never in shape, in fact Chocolate probably accounts for 80% of my bodyfat. KitKat, Snickers, Oreos you name it, its all there lying above my muscles inside my fat cells in the form of triglycerides, However while wasting my time on Youtube one day, i came across a video, then another and another of a protein bar which people claimed tasted exactly like real candy bars with the toxic ingredients. I tried it and the rest is history. The bar was Quest and it is the greatest thing on earth since Adam ate the apple. Not only because it tastes good, BUT because its the only thing the food industry has managed to create in the last 100 years THAT TASTES GOOD AND IS GOOD TO THE BODY. They are such a life saver, Imagine sitting in a meeting feeling hungry and as you walk out the room you see a vending machine full of candy. You cant stop yourself BUT that is 250 calories from a single bar of Snickers, which includes 27g of sugar, the most lethal and toxic food product ever created. That one bar will wipe out a whole week of gainz in the gym, but now you have Quest, which you can keep in your bag and kill that craving with a bar of the most delicious protein ever made. However there was one drawback, it cost a flipping 3 quid for a single bar. NOW I HAVE GOOD NEWS FOR YOU Thanks to the Vitafiber, now you can make those quest bars for a fraction of the cost, in fact they are even better when you make them yourself. - Just use 35g of powder, mix in 1tbsp of water and mix in saucepan on medium heat till it bubbles. - Then put the liquid in bowl and throw in your 1 scoop of protein (flavour of your choice) - Throw anything you want to mix in (peanut butter, oreos, choc chips etc.) - Mix and mould into shape of a bar, then stick in fridge for 1 hour - Eat the most healthiest candy bar on the planet and feel good about it :) Experimenting with this has turned me into a baker, you can use it to make all sorts of delicious healthy snacks that were once considered junk. Now go and make your life healthier. P.S. Most recipes call for the use of the Vitafiber syrup which is not available in UK HOWEVER mixing water with the powder will give you the syrup for a much cheaper cost. Goes Well With:Water, Oreos, Peanut Butter, Cookie Dough, Chocolate Chips.

5If mixing with a shake, I can't even taste it! Most don't recognise that if you don't take fibre, a large amount of your protein will just pass through. Easy to mix, and very effective. One other review stated it was very sticky... It's fibre, its designed to help absorb what is consumed - this is a good point!

Ok, but wouldn't buy again
3The product seems to be reasonably effective, however the powder becomes very quickly very sticky when exposed to the open air. Makes everything a bit messy. If I can get the same results from just buying flax seed, I would probably do that. The taste is not great, but if you mix it with anything flavored, you won't really notice that.Goes Well With:anything

5I used it to make homemade protein bars and they turned out better than ever. It also works well with my late night sludge. Can be used for many things, so 5/5.Goes Well With:Protein bar, sludge, coffee, yogurt..

5Such a fantastic product! Have been making quest style bars, protein cookies, protein muffins... It's just awesome! So macro / calorie friendly. Sweetness from it is lovely and overall just brilliant!Goes Well With:Whey, flav drops, baking ingredients
