What is TriCarb?

TriCarb is a carbohydrate based drink with a unique blend of 3 different carbohydrates which include; Maltodextrin, Fructose and Palatinose®. TriCarb also provides 500mg of Electrolytes.

Who is TriCarb Suitable for?

TriCarb is ideal for anyone looking for a source of carbohydrates and electrolytes with the addition of three different forms of carbohydrate. It is recommended to consume TriCarb either before, during or after high intensity endurance exercise. Most people who consume TriCarb will be taking part in endurance based activities which last for a minimum of 2 hours.

The dietary choices of all our customers are extremely important to us. Suggested Use

TriCarb*TM* is specifically formulated† to aid endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise and to enhance hydration. I was rather skeptical about the use of quick release quick release carbs such as maltodextrin and dextrose etc, but after using this 3 weeks now I would recommend it to anyone. Personally I take about 30mg in my protein shaker full of water and sip during my workout (2 compounds, 2 isolated and HIIT). Before I used Tricarbs, by the time I got to HIIT I had relatively short sprint periods due to fatigue. My first session using Tricarbs changed this, I felt more energized throughout my session, especially during HIIT. Over the course of my session I top the solution up with water then when I am complete I have a shake consisting of 30mg of Tricarbs (Summer fruits), 5mg of creapure and 1 scoop of unflavored whey (I actually like unflavored whey for making smoothies etc, but Tricarbs adds a bit of flavor which is a refreshing change) . Altogether I feel this product fueling grueling sessions and is great at recharging for the following day. I will be investing in two flavors next time to change up my post workout shake every so often and reap the rewards during sessions.

With 15 years involved heavily with Military fitness, Distance running and Triathlon coaching and participation think i speak with some credit. After trying many similar products on the market over many years can say that this is the best energy source on the market per £. Mixes easily collegues and athletes i coach along with myself have been using this over the past month and we all agree taken before a training session we are not fatigued until later on in the session. We had a gruelling 5 hour cycle session yesterday and used this throughout and can hand on heart say that by the end we were not as fatigued as we have been in the past.

I train Track & Field and before i started taking TriCarb I would either sip on water or possibly a Gatorade during training - however would never drink more than 100-150ml of water in an entire session The Taste in this is TO DIE FOR - I am 100% serious - the tropical flavour just makes you want to drink everytime and apart from the fact it quickly releases carbs for you to burn in workouts, it keeps you hydrated by the will to drink. It's a definite take in long workouts - I sometimes have 3 and a half hour workout sessions including runs and gym and lately sipping on 700ml of this during the session and MCT by My protein before the session has me going everytime with very little fatigue shown. I would recommend this any day.... any day

Great product, mixes down well, but the only thing that lets it down is the crowded and literally unreadable information on the rear of the packaging.

Cycling with Tri-Carb

I used Tri-Carb to fuel my cycling training during the Spring and it worked a treat. My normal training rides were 3 to 4 hours at a time and Tri-Carb kept my energy levels up throughout. I then used it during the 140km Velothon Wales event and it didn't let me down. The taste is OK - just experiment with the mix until you find a level of sweetness you like. It mixes pretty well, although it can get a bit grainy towards the bottom of the bottle/shaker, so needs a regular shake.

I started using this as a replacement for another well known energy drink whilst out cycling. It has good effects on keep energy levels up, keeps you focused and doesn't seem to allow that "lull" in energy that I have experienced with other products. I would recommend this... :)

Tri carb is a great product. For cycling I drink half the recommended amount an hour before going out and the other half while I’m out. I can definitely tell the difference, my energy levels are high and consistent, no flagging towards the end of a long ride. I mix it with diluted orange juice and you can barely taste the tri carb plus no upset stomach.

If you are getting the tropical flav then you need to mix 1 scoop in 600ml of water, i know it say 400ml but it is too sweet. It taste great, now if you get unflav mix it with BCAA flavoured at 450ml not sweet at all, again taste great. Very effective during training

Excellent product use it pre and post workout, makes some of my less pleasant tasting ingredients Taste better as it's quite sweet. Doesn't mix to well, needs plenty of agitation! All in all sound source of carbs when bulking.

I ordered Tri Carb as a replacement for my usual cycling fructose drinks and I haven't looked back, it's feuled several time trial efforts where I've broken my PB's. It mixes well and being unflavoured I can add my own taste. The price is great too.

I find that energy / recovery products can often upset my stomach particularly after long bike rides or races. I use this is both of these and it gives me more energy and doesn't make me feel sick or upset my stomach. The only problem I found is it doesn't mix that well but I have got round this by mixing it with a little really hot water first and giving it a good shake until it dissolves then using cold water to fill it up. I also make my own recovery shake using this and iso pro protein in the right ratios for recovery. Works brilliantly

Very easy to mix, I don't have much to say about the taste as I always mix it with oats or porridge or other stuff. Doesn't give that feeling of being stuffed, gives lot of energy so when going for a ride it's a great stuff for breakfast.

I was really surprised how strong and tasty flavour i got (TROPICAL). I think that it is quite effective and can give you a little boost before training when you are tired and increase your regeneration after the training. I recommend it for people that need fast carbohydrates and work many hours per day.
