5I normally use hurricane xs containing creatine, but when I'm due to take a break on creatine I use Total Protein. It has great mixability and taste. It can also be used as a meal replacement.Goes Well With:Alpha men

Vanilla Flavor
5Total Protein is probably the best protein I've ever had. It tastes amazing, mixes well and does it job. The price is very good as well! I mostly use this for protein pancakes and various cakes (carrot cake mostly) as well as post workout shake. My post workout shake is 1 scoop, 230gr milk, 200 grams frozen strawberries, 5gr creatine, 8gr unsweetened baking cocoa, sweetener to taste. Buy it and you won't regret it! P.S. Banana flavor is also very good!Goes Well With:Oats ,milk, eggs to make protein pancakes

Total Protein
4Having recently moved onto Total Protein from Hurricane XS it too early to see the results but by golly the vanilla tastes good! It seems thicker than other shakes so does leave you feeling fuller. Less carbs than Hurricane so I get to eat pasta instead, a reasonable swap.

Brilliant stuff, highly recommend it!!
5I've tried both the Chocolate Smooth and Chocolate Mint flavours of this Total Protein and both taste great, mix well, and seem to do what they say. The 60g serving size is big, but the different types of protein ensure this isn't too much and they taper their release. I add a good 15g of additional flax seed to mine to increase the Omega 3 and fibre I get and also add in 5g of Creatine Monohydrate. I find it great for mixing with milk and then old fashioned porridge oats for a tasty, microwaveable breakfast. Would struggle to go back to a big standard protein powder after I've used this.Goes Well With:Milled Flaxseed, Instant Oats

Total Protein greatness
5Tried hurricane Xs for a while but gone back to Total Protein as it agrees with my digestion a little better. Leaves a few large bits mixing, but considering I only use a shaker, it's really good. Tastes really good, I take with just water, sometimes a splash of milk for morning one. Does the trick for an all rounder.Goes Well With:Instant oats for a breakfast shake

5Tasty and easy to mix, this total protein is an ideal source of protein as a meal replacement or pre bedtime shake as the protein is digested slowly. The low fat/low carb nutrition is very effective in building lean muscle! I would certainly recommend this product.
