"Ohh, chocolate smooth is gorgeous. Im generally of the mind that chocolate flavoured things are for fat people, lol, but this is awesome. Would of gave it 5 stars but i think its a lil expensive.\n\nI dont see where people get this its gritty and lumpy from, i shook mine for about 3/4 minutes, and its as smooth as a babies arse! I initially wanted total protein XS, but they only have vanilla flavour, and my last experience of vanilla flavoured protein wasnt pleasant at all.\n\nSimply gorgeous!"

"I bought 3Kg a while back and it is one of the best vanilla products I have tried. I normally add mine into porridge, yoghurt and even into fruit smoothies. It doesn't affect the texture or taste and adds a huge chunk of protein without banging the carbs up, ideal for those who are in keto or low carb diets. I also have the chocolate which i make into a drink although with less water than the 350ml suggested to increase the thickness."

"This is a good product Choc Smooth tastes pretty good, and texture is reasonable (little bit gritty so you have to chuck it back). Keeps you full between meals.\nDisappointed that this is no longer available in bulk still finishing off my 10kg bag at the moment. Don't think I will but this in a tub though, and definitely not if Choc Smooth is unavailable."

"Mixes easily and tastes fine. The quality of the ingredients is not something I can tell by mixing and tasting but from everything I can tell, the stuff is great. I'm glad to see a nice mix of ingredients.\n\nSplendid"

"Come on chaps the taste isnt that bad, especially when mixed in a blender. I have it before bedtime (mixed with milk) and ive noticed increased strength gains.\n\n"

"This is a good product. I have switched from using whey as a snack during the day to using this, because it keeps me fuller for longer. Good bedtime snack in water too.\nBase taste is quite strong, but as long as you concentrate it is easy to get it down without retching."

"I ordered the strawberry and i certainly wont be again, the texture is grainy and doesn't mix well at all. I suspect it's the flaxseed, and i've ordered ingredients to mix my own protein blend as i just can't stomach this."

"When people look at reviews, they want to know what it actually DOES. Every single person on this page writes an entire essay about how it tastes and its mixibility. Maybe someone could gain a bit of sense and perhaps write a review after 6 weeks of taking it and not talk about 'it tastes wonderful'."

"i thought i'd try this as an 'upgrade' from my usual WPI protein shake, which i generally find fairly unsatisfying, non-filling and watery.\n\nAm very impressed. Even mixed with water the texture is great. It is much thicker than a normal whey shake, and keeps you full up for longer, so it is a good 'snack' substitute. Even though i bought it unflavoured, it has a pleasant mild vanilla smell. No side effects - i.e. gas, belching, etc."
