4Been taking these Thermopure with CLA as well as doing extra cardio and eating less meals, I've lost 2kg in less then a week. I don't feel anymore focused in the gym, but once they kick in they do help you to lose weight. Be prepared to wake up in the middle of the night covered in sweat though.

4Thermopure really gives me an energy boost before the gym (3 tabs) and makes me keep going and going, as for weight control I would say it's pretty decent. It helps me stay lean whilst gaining mass (eating clean required!). I would recommend this if you need a good energy boost pre workout.

4These Thermopure tablets seemed to give me extra bursts of energy during a workout but they do make me feel a bit wired. I try not to take them too late on in the day even though I sometimes exercise later in the evening as they keep me awake. When I take them on a completely empty stomach they can sometimes make me feel sick, so I have to eat something small to get rid of that feeling.

2I don't think Thermopure is worth it. I dieted, did sports interval training for an average of 45 minutes 4 times a week, and absolutely nothing. Recommend you purchase a higher quality product such as.

5Dave... Your comment from the 2nd December 2012... I just noted you found it didn't mix well with pulse V5... I am no guru of supplements and only trying to help... But it's not recommended to take pulse at the same time as thermopure... Or any other caffeine product due to the high quantity already in pulse. Thermopure for me on my diet phase is a must and then use Pulse V5 on bulk phase. Both top products.

"I started to take Thermopure on the 25th of October, I weighed 87.7KG, and have now dropped down to 79KG. I had a body composition test both before and whilst taking Thermopure, and I did exactly what it says Thermopure does, I lost all my weight in fat. When taken with a good diet, and stringent exercise regime you can shed the pounds quickly and VERY easily. 3 capsules, 30 minutes before working out gave me plenty of energy for the workout, the only real ''side effect'' I noticed was the increased perspiration, you sweat a lot more than usual. All in all, a great product and I have certainly seen results."

Normally haven't had a problem with these before and rate them very highly as they do the job they are designed for. My only problem is if I take 3 of these on a empty stomach 30-45 minutes before fasted AM cardio I am always sick without fail. I don't know what it can be that makes that happen as I don't do sprints just a gentle jog. If I use before pm training they are fine I just can't take on a empty stomach. Doesn't mix well with pulse v4 either

I found this was great for helping to find the energy to workout not actually burning fat or losing weight. When you take this you will find yourself to be much more energetic and so will be doing more excercise and so will lose weight. I would highly suggest it for anybody needing help to find energy to workout or those who like to wake up at 6am to workout as this product will go a long way to help you push yourself.

"Today is my first day using this, I have ordered one 2 days back, and got it today.. took 3 capsules before workout, and to be frank, i sweat a lot normally, and today i did sweat so much that my tshirt felt like it was soaked in a bucket full of water, as a first use, i would say, this product really helps in increasing the rate at which you sweat, and as this is my first day, i cannot tell about the weight loss, i would come back in a week, and will give a much detailed feedback. for now, i am satisfied with the product"
