5I've used thermopure before and it worked for me so I thought I'd try these, happy to say these work as well. I take two about thirty minutes before a session and find that I get a better workout from them the majority of the time. I've tried quite a few pre-workout powders and the Thermopure range are by far the best I've used .I train four times a week with weights for the past twenty odd yearsGoes Well With:Lucozade zero

Proved my doubts wrong
5I've used supplements like these tablets before and the effect has been limited. I thought I would try these tablets as they are more potent than the average and for what you pay, you can't complain. Its been a week now, and I've noticed a difference in fat loss. I've even had compliments from friends. So if you are maintaining a healthy eating plan and still exercise on a regular basis, but struggling to shift fat its worth giving a try. I will continue to purchase these tablets, thanks Myprotein for not ripping me off.

4If you refrain from eating more due to being more hungry, the weight falls off! unfortunately it makes me crave unhealthy food more, it does work though!Goes Well With:creapure chewable tablets and CLA

Just no.
1The only thing this will help with is keeping you awake at night. I've been taking these first thing in the morning for a week and have spent every night laying in bed waiting to fall asleep. In terms of adding energy, I suppose they work to that effect. As for fat loss, I have experienced ZERO change in progress due to these pills. I am burning fat at the exact same rate as before. As for taste and "mixability" they're fine. They aren't difficult to swallow and taste of nothing. If you're expecting anything other than insomnia from these pills, I'd recommend strongly against it.Goes Well With:People who hate rest.

5Never thought anything could make a difference but this product is working really well. I have been using it alongside ketone and lean tabs and hurricane xs protein for 3 weeks now. I have gained 5kg in weight and burnt off quite a lot of fat. Everyone has noticed a difference in my physique and I am very happy with this product. Would recommend anyone who wants to look lean and lose stomach fat. Really helps me get a extra 5 reps in on all lifts. This review is 100% honest and based on 3 1.5 hour sessions a week. Goes Well With:Glass of water, ketone and lean (raspberry extract and choline) hurricane xs

5Excellent purchase.. No horrid taste ...Iv only been using these a week!!!.. They have already given me so much energy..Giving me more determination to meet my goal and helps get me in the gym after work when tiered and not motivated!! Top Notch
5I have very tough PT sessions twice a week which consist of extremely high intensity workouts with very short rest periods in-between. I used to really struggle to get through a session but Thermo-Extreme has helped me push through every last rep, be it weights, squats or pushing a 150kg sledge back and forth! I am able to work so much harder now as I have more energy/strength and my fitness level has improved greatly. I only take thermo-extreme when I really need that extra push and about an hour or more before my session as I find it takes a while to kick in for me.Goes Well With:Water, lots of it.

Thermo Extreme
5Absolutely fantastic product for a work out. Definitely see the difference between the Thermo extreme and the Thermo alone which although is effective, it does not feel as effective as the extreme, just in the sense of the workout via sweat produced (yukh! I know but is a measure of the workout). Would definitely recommend itGoes Well With:L Carnitine, Chrmoium picolate and CLA
