Feel the sweat
5I have been using these for around 6 months. When I stopped using them I noticed that I sweat less when I work out and it take a little longer to shift a few pounds. I have a regular diet so can tell after a few weeks if certain additions make a difference or not. These do certainly help to burn the calories, a good sweat after a workout.Goes Well With:water

Can't say if they will work
5I have only taken them 1 once so far so can't comment on fat loss but I actually bought them as they were showing good for engery and I must say they certainly helped with that, Normally I work up a sweat at bootcamp but last night I was pouring and the energy I had was so much better definitely recommend based on this

Gives me energy
5Since starting to take this daily (about 2 months now) I feel like I have more energy. It's really easy to swallow & with no taste to distract. As an older demographic than most people taking MP products I need an energy boost so these do the job wonderfully & if I stop taking them for a while I notice the difference. I'm reasonally fit anyway & take one before each meal ie. 3 x pday
