Thermo fantastic
5MP MAX Thermo-Extreme has been a great product. I've tried a few and this so far has not caused that awful jittery feeling. It feels like a gentle pick-me-up, but taken before a hard training session I really notice the jolt of added energy to push me through. It's worth the purchase.

Makes you sweat
5MP MAX Thermo-Extreme will make you sweat and raise your metabolism. There's a few more ingredients in this one than plain thermopure. The ingredients help metabolise, ready, and hinder storage of fat. How it helps fat loss I can't say, but for what it does it will definitely help. It also makes you warmer too.Goes Well With:Water, cardio and intense exercise.

5I cant knock anything about Myprotein. From the simplicity of ordering through to consuming my goods, everything is perfect. I was absolutely amazed at the speed of delivery. MP MAX Thermo-Extreme
5MP MAX Thermo-Extreme is a great product. I find I have so much more energy for training sessions, be it cardio or weights, and I haven't had a problem sleeping if I take one/two in the afternoon. I haven't noticed any real weight loss/muscle gains yet, but I'm only a week in.

need a bit more time
4I need a little bit more time to assess this product really. MP MAX Thermo-Extreme doesn't make me jittery like other products have done, I think they help me at the gym, and certainly help me at work having just returned after a long time off sick following surgery. I don't feel so tired when I have taken them. I will continue to use them, they are a good staple product I think. Goes Well With:anything
