Excellent, bought another flavour
5I usually buy gold standard whey however was looking for a more cost effective alternative. This is perfect, tastes great and mixes well.

Meh
3Was a little disappointed with the flavour of this shake. The vanilla is quite bland- was the first time we tried this flavour as the Whey in Strawberry and the Belgian chocolate are both amazing. Just needs an extra bit of something. It does however, like the other flavours, mix very well and is great in a smoothie or overnight oats. I don’t think I’ll be buying this again though.

Its like having ice-cream every day
5This product mixes very well with water or milk. Very smooth, no bumps. I order vanilla and it genuinely tastes like vanilla ice cream. Great post work out drink. I even have some after meals if I fancy something sweet. Goes Well With:Water and milk

Good, lactose free
4I got these because they have lactase in them. DO NOT PUT THEM IN PORRIDGE because it turns very cloggy. In cereal/smoothie or as a normal shake the mixability is okay but you should let it sit for a bit after shaking. I love decadent milk chocolate flavor it doesnt taste too fake, creamy and doesn’t make me crave sweet food later on. Not sure how people could like the vanilla one because it was so hard to finish. Most importantly please sort the packaging to be environmentally friendly, I was shocked at the tub not being recyclable. Goes Well With:1/4 water + 3/4 semi-skimmed milk Or With milk+ cereal

Horrible
1Sorry to say but both vanilla and chocolate taste horrible...I mean HORRENDOUS... probably the worst protein I had in my 10 years career... if you think this tastes nice most likely you never had a good protein... it tastes like the cheapest soy protein I had at the begining of my career when I had no money for a quality one... absolutely wasted my moneyGoes Well With:Nothing

Helpful and effective for diet
5I have been regularly using this as a protein supplement during a three month long caloric deficit and have retained my muscle gains. This shake is low in fat, carbs and calories so it provides me with enough protein to maintain my deficit without shredding my muscle to pieces as well. The only thing I would improve would be to have a little more protein content per serving but this does the trick perfectly and ill keep using it. It actually tastes of chocolate too. Goes Well With:BCAA

Amazing
5Salted caramel the whey is the best tasting protein I have ever tasted. I’ve been through a lot of brands and flavours and this is just incredible. Have it with skimmed milk rather than water, tastes much better. Within 1 month I am pushing 90kg on bench from 70kg. Goes Well With:Milk

Good, but not great
3It’s okay. Decent protein, but the milk chocolate/caramel are much better taste wise. Does mix well, especially with chocolate alpro milk, but the taste is far from peanut butterGoes Well With:Chocolate alpro milk

Good push I need
5Decided I wanted to try a pre workout and got recommend this. I wanted a pre workout that would give me the boost I need but without making me feel sick or shake badly as I have never tried a pre workout before or I don’t have tea / coffee so I’m not used to caffeine My thoughts - I really like the packaging but when I opened the product it wasn’t even half full which I think is a waste in the packaging and could easily of halved the size of the package. First time I took it I only done 1/2 of a scoop as I didn’t want to jump straight into 1 scoop just incase. I didn’t really like the taste it’s okay like drinking sherbet just not to my liking. I didn’t feel anything so it was a bit pointless. The second time taking it I done a whole scoop and after 30 minutes or so I felt it working I could run for a lot longer without feeling tired and sweated a bit more than usual. When doing my weight session I felt so much better I had loads of energy and had that “buzz”. I had a bit of a itch but nothing too bad. When leaving the gym I still felt the buzz but it wore off after a few hours and didn’t have a bad “crash” Overall I am happy with the product already the only thing I would change is the flavour as I’m just not a fan other than that if you are looking for a good pre workout without having bad shakes or feeling sick I would definitely try this! Goes Well With:Cold water
