Flavourful Shake
4I Love the Shakes, and as ive only been to the gym for like 1 and a bit months i cant say that its working alot, but it feels like it does, even though vanilla is a simple flavour its really nice. Goes Well With:Water and some milk

Post workout shake
5I usually have a scoop of The Whey and a scoop of slow release protein mixed together with almond milk after a night workout. It keeps me full and stops me snacking. I Didnt like the decadent chocolate flavour at all so i would recommend anyone to get a sample first. If im going to spend a month drinking the same flavour protein- i want to be able to enjoy it. So with my decadent chocolate i ended up mixing it with alpro chocolate coconut milk and that tastes like a bounty bar. Personally i wouldnt get the flavour again but the salted caramel is great, a little bit sweet but if you buy an unflavoured protein and add a scoop of that, it tastes banging and its like a melted ice cream consistency! Goes Well With:Almond milk

Amazing Peanut Butter Cup
5I bought the peanut butter cup and my god does it taste amazing, it’s the perfect mix of salty chocolate and peanuts. I look forward to it post gym and it’s a great snack midway through the day at work. Goes Well With:Almond Milk

The Whey Salted Caramel
4The name makes me think of ‘Salvation’ by Fear Factory...”I am The Whey, prepare for Salvation” but the taste is spanking. 30g mixed with 300ml skimmed milk....tastes like milkshake, like something I’d actually want to drink. On a day when I’d forgotten my shaker at work, I managed to mix it in a glass with a spoon, it really mixes that well. I can’t speak for the efficacy because I’m not a scientist, but I’m still gaining, so I guess it’s working...... I’ll be buying more 😋Goes Well With:Skimmed milk.

Excellent, bought another flavour
5I usually buy gold standard whey however was looking for a more cost effective alternative. This is perfect, tastes great and mixes well.

Meh
3Was a little disappointed with the flavour of this shake. The vanilla is quite bland- was the first time we tried this flavour as the Whey in Strawberry and the Belgian chocolate are both amazing. Just needs an extra bit of something. It does however, like the other flavours, mix very well and is great in a smoothie or overnight oats. I don’t think I’ll be buying this again though.

Its like having ice-cream every day
5This product mixes very well with water or milk. Very smooth, no bumps. I order vanilla and it genuinely tastes like vanilla ice cream. Great post work out drink. I even have some after meals if I fancy something sweet. Goes Well With:Water and milk

Good, lactose free
4I got these because they have lactase in them. DO NOT PUT THEM IN PORRIDGE because it turns very cloggy. In cereal/smoothie or as a normal shake the mixability is okay but you should let it sit for a bit after shaking. I love decadent milk chocolate flavor it doesnt taste too fake, creamy and doesn’t make me crave sweet food later on. Not sure how people could like the vanilla one because it was so hard to finish. Most importantly please sort the packaging to be environmentally friendly, I was shocked at the tub not being recyclable. Goes Well With:1/4 water + 3/4 semi-skimmed milk Or With milk+ cereal
