Muscle Maintenance When Restricting Calories
5I have used The Whey for the last eight months to support muscle maintenance alongside my workout programme whilst on a restricted calorie diet with the aim of losing fat and toning & preserving existing muscle. The Whey has been perfect to support me through this weight loss phase in a number of “wheys”..... sorry. Firstly the chocolate and strawberry flavours mix perfectly in a basic my protein mixer bottle. No lumps etc. They taste great and have a very defined flavour which make them enjoyable to drink and reduce cravings for less healthy chocolate milkshakes etc. Secondly I see this shake as effectively just protein in a bottle. The carb & sugar content are almost nill, meaning this is a pretty efficient way yo get a good protein portion without potentially consuming other macros that are undesirable when trying the shed fat. I find having this about three times a day after each meal then once again after a workout has worked well for me and I genuinely believe this has helped me lose the three stone of mostly fat that I have lost over the past year and has helped me maintain a lean muscular body. I would almost go as far as saying im addicted to it..

Fantastic Taste, Great Results
4I have previously been sampling various flavours of this product before purchasing a full tub. Settled on the Vanilla Creme, which is one of the best tasting protein products i've tried. As for results as i had only previously been using the samples once a week whilst trialling the product, i can say i noticed enough positive results to switch to this as my main product from now.Goes Well With:Water, Soy Milk

Excellent
5Been having this protein shake (salted caramel) for about 5 months now. The taste is amazing, it’s really easy to mix and very enjoyable. I have tried other protein shakes before, but this one is by far the best! And it delivers results as well! Goes Well With:Coconut milk, normal milk and water

Not my favourite!
4This is my second buy of The Whey. I am still working my way through the Decadent Milk Chocolate flavour (which I love), but I bought this Peanut Butter Cup so I could alternate flavours. But the taste is not the best. Don’t get me wrong - It isn’t awful but it just doesn’t compare to the choc... Other than that it still has the same great quality and I got it at a good price. I workout in the morning when I get up and doing this on an empty stomach with not much energy supply is hard work. So I have my protein shake then wait 30 minutes and this is proving to be much better. Excellent product! Goes Well With:Cow, soya, coconut and almond milks

Nicest protein I’ve tasted.
5The matcha whey protein is fantastic. Lovely and smooth with a hint of matcha. Best protein shake I’ve had. Goes Well With:Milk.

High protein , low taste!
1Love peanut butter cups, sadly , this tasted nothing like them. It was not good and really struggled to drink it. It was gritty and artificial tasting . Stick to the normal powders Goes Well With:Nothing

5I use 1 scoop with ice cold water as a recovery drink straight, after my daily HIIT workout, I wanted something with low carbs and high protein otherwise I'm left feeling bloated. This works a treat, so far have tried both Salted Caramel & Strawberry, both taste great. Goes Well With:Water

Whey Hay !!!
5Greast tasting product . I had salted Caramel .low in sugar and carbs .93g of soduim mind . But aoart from that high end Product .Let down by appauling delivery service . Goes Well With:Oat milk
