Best Whey on the Market
5Easily the best Whey protein on the market. While it may be a little more expensive than the standard Impact Whey its optimum blend and more premium flavours easily makes up for the cost. Also i really like the rebrand packaging, I hope the team that implemented it are all still flying high in the Myprotein business. It would be a shame if 75% of them had left already. Goes Well With:Whole milk

Decent
4Great flavor, tastes like chocolate milk.... Mixes well in shaker. Quite a fine texture so it doesn't tend to stick to the shaker (remember to put liquid in first, before powder....) Quality of package it comes in is great too, the zip-lock is solid.Goes Well With:Would probably taste better with some form of milk, I've only tried it with water so far.

Worth the Upgrade
5I’ve been using My Protein whey protein for a couple of years now. I’ve always gotten the regular version in a pouch, but I must say the upgrade is well worth it. While I haven’t been using it long enough to see any noticeable improvement in its effectiveness, the taste is far superior to any other protein I’ve tried. Highly recommend this protein, salted caramel tastes like a caramel milkshake Goes Well With:Milk

5Tastes great, mixes well etc. But more importantly it does seem to be effective, only recently back into the gym so only a few weeks use but do seem to be seeing improvements in muscle mass.Goes Well With:Milk

Flavour not for me
4Great product packed with everything you need. I just found the flavour a bit too sickly for me. Saying that, my son liked it. Preference thing I think.Goes Well With:Water/Milk

Premium protein powder
5I have already taken about 10kg of The Whey for the past year or so and will continue to do so. I am seeing good results even though currently I am cutting quite severly my muscle mass is not going down. Scoop and a half after fasted workout in the morning works wonders. For bulking - 1 scoop with a banana before training and 1 scoop with 40-50 grams of oatmeal after training is perfect. Mixability depends on the flavour - the decadent milk chocolate and salted caramel are quite fine so you should do something like 50/50 almond milk and water, only water is too foamy. Chocolate caramel and strawberry are fine with just water. Goes Well With:Almond milk, water, oatmeal, fruits in the blender.

Amazing Post workout.
5Absolutely love My Proteins: The Whey. Purchased Strawberry myself. Mixes very well with milk. Hear mostly all the flavors are highly recommended with this. You can use this as a pre or post workout but I preferably use this as a post workout and it certainly does its job.
