Decent product
3I've been successfully stripping fat since January and purchased MyThermo X-Treme last month to help me along. Overall my body fat % did drop over the 3 weeks however it was dropping anyway with my diet. I wouldn't say the product accelerated my fat loss at all, it was as steady as it was before. However my energy levels were really good throughout the day and had no side affects which was great as I've struggled with fat burners before. However I'd advise not taking it with a pre workout, gave me really nasty stomach cramps. So overall not a bad product.Goes Well With:Clean eating

Weight Loss
5I buy a lot from My Protein and I came across these tablets and thought I give these a try. I have only been taking these for a week but with my PT sessions, gym workouts, walking and having a healthy balanced diet, in my 1st week I lost 4.5lbs. Really happy with the results but still early days so I will definately continue taking them. The only thing I would say is that the suggesting consumption is 2 daily, one in the morning and afternoon, but doesn't state whether it's with food or not. So if I have early morning gym sessions I take it before I go and the days that I don't go I take it with my breakfast. For the afternoon again, I take it with food.

Better than thermopure
3Going on to 3rd week now, there ok no massive buzz like other pills I've tried. Easier to take than thermopure. The only thing is that when I take them in the morning and have a black coffee i get a slight headache.
