Effective but must work with the product
5Fantastic product when you incorporate into a active weight and cardio routine. 30 mins pre workout with a piece or fruit and water will get a good thermo effect as it seems to be more effective when digesting with food . The increase in heart rate when doing a higher rep range in the gym or a cardio session will gain a better thermogenic effect due to the green tea and caffeine (stimulant effect) Goes Well With:Banana and water as a pre workout
