Effective but not so tasty
4It works very well, easy to get a sweat on in a short amount of time. Not the tastiest but it’s downed within 10 seconds anyway am I right? Goes Well With:Creatine

Bring the sweat - Spicey Pre
5I've never had a spicey pre-workout but I absolutely love it!! Been taking it for my morning fasted cardio sessions and the stair master has never been worked so hard.... Sweat everywhere but it feels so good. Training is up a gear - more flavours, please!!Goes Well With:Cold water

5I've often taken multiple pre-workouts products to boost my workouts, and this format has defintely been missing from my arsenal. Since using this Thermo pre-workout i've burnt an extra 200-400 calories per session, and come out completely dripping with sweat! Flavour is a little punchy from the capsicum extract, but Sour Apple works really well. Defintely one ill keep using during HIIT sessions to get the extra hit of fat burning.
