Great product - and taste isnt that bad
5I was hesitant to buy this because a lot of people were complaining about the taste. Its not the greatest flavour ever but no where near as bad as some people are saying in the comments (i have the apple one) Moving on, this stuff really works. It gives me such a boost, but without any jitters, bad stomachs or crashes like coffee does. And it really helps burn off the extra pounds! For the longest time ive held all my weight around my stomach (despite eating well and exercising) and ive been taking this for about 4/5 weeks and the stubborn fat is finally melting away and im starting to see muscle definition etc. so it gets a 10/10 from me!Goes Well With:Alpha pre workout

Spicy???
3For some reason the sour apple is spicy chilli, I don’t have anything against spicy food but I don’t want my pre-workout to be spicy. Don’t get me wrong is effective but the taste is horrible…Goes Well With:Water

Spicy goodness
5Mango and pineapple is awesome! Packs a bit of a kick when knocking it back but it’s worth the tang. Gives you a proper sweaty buzz, feels like you’ve had your veins pumped full of spice Goes Well With:Water (probably rum too)

Can’t do a workout without it!
5Best pre-workout I’ve ever tried. Really rules up for those intense bursts. The taste can at first be over powering but after a few days/weeks of taking it you do get used to it. Would recommend for long cardio sessions and heaving lifting workouts.

4Taste is awfull, but it does the job, ears become itchy shortly after and once you start training , you start sweating! Goes Well With:Water

Lovely kick!
5Slight peppery taste in your mouth. Nice little ore work out tingle but nothing unmanageable. Has given me a nice boost in my workout. I tried the tropical one and it’s a bit potent so will try another flavour next time but will def but againGoes Well With:Water - make it the night before pop in fridge

Gone off eggs taste better!
1I’d prefer to smash through a dozen fermented eggs than try this again

1Didn't enjoy it, very chemically flavour and taste, felt like it was burning my tongue. Couldn't drink it.

Amazing stuff
5Really helped me power through my workout! None of these things taste amazing, but this one is by far one of the better ones. Not powdery and easy to mix. Felt the benefits instantly.
