Awesome sauce
5Great product with great taste, love this stuff so easy to throw on anything. When going sugar free and keeping clear of days it's perfect to just throw in for flavor, the flavours are really really nice too loads of punch in the peri peri! Goes Well With:Anything

4Love this for the ease of fitting it into my plan. I count calories so the less calories I have to put on sauces and flavourings the better. Decent taste, nice kick to it! Goes Well With:I added mine to cooked chicken!

Fantastic
5I bought the tomato sauce as I’m doing the keto diet and fancied something to add at the side. I’m not a tomato sauce lover as I find it too sweet and I’m conscious of the sugar content. Anyway, this came and I gave it a try and it’s genuinely the nicest tomato sauce I’ve ever had. I love it. You can taste the herbs and spices and there’s no tart sugary taste. I’ll be buying lots more of these. Goes Well With:Everything. Even on its own when you’re nosing in the fridge trying to decided if you’re hungry or not.

Not gluten free sadly
2I bought some of the sauces and didn't think to check every single flavour to see if they were gluten free. The others are except the BBQ sauce, which has wheat flour in! This is such a shame, as it was lovely!! Smokey and really nice! Why is it necessary to put wheat flour in this particular one My protein??? Why not use any other starch, just to make it more available to more customers? Seems odd, I'm no expert chef mind, but still! Sad times! One of the best sugar free BBQ sauces that I sadly can't eat!

WASTE OF MONEY
1I bought 2 of each because I love my sauce. Can’t eat anything without it. Thought I’d try these to go with my diet....binned the lot! Not even a hint of what they should taste like! Absolutely disgusting I wouldn’t bother wasting your money stick to what you know.

4I got the BBQ sauce - verdict, it's passable. Obviously not like the real deal, and you can tell it's a 'healthy' version from the taste, but it's certainly better than having no sauce! If I stir it into my quinoa and chicken it gives it extra flavour for practically no calories. I think I'll probably buy it again. Big issue is the super solid bottle though - not squeezable, so very hard to get the sauce out? Seems a bit stupid.Goes Well With:Chicken, on pizzas etc

Sweet chilli sauce
5As some have said, it won't beat the real thing but it's perfect for dieting. I've only had the sweet chilli and the it tastes great. I always have sauce with meals and this adds unwanted cals so this has been excellent for me.Goes Well With:Whatever you put chilli sauce on.

Delicious
5Really delicious. Nothing will ever beat the real thing. But... this is very very close. I'm on prep so have to watch what I eat. This sauce was absolutely amazing. Can't wait to try the others now.Goes Well With:Anything - but not the chocolate pancakes... it doesn't go so well with them... but chicken, potatoes, cheese, and try it as a stir fry sauce with vegetables.
