This stuff really rocks
5Well yes the taste is great... but lets face it, that's not a major concern. The main issue is if it is actually effective? Well i take Whey Protein morning and post workout. I then take Casein, a slow release protein, right before bed. I will be honest... my recovery time after a workout is reduced. I wake up in the morning without all the aches from the previous days workout and i am able to train again much quicker than before. In addition, having the Casein at night has actually helped my sleep. I don't get any of the usual waking up hungry or dehydrated as I used to. And a restful, decent nights sleep is another recovery and builder for anyone who trains. I'm not saying the protein is any better than other proteins out there on the market. However: The price is reasonable The taste is great It mixes well It works So why should i change to another brand...... Hope this helps anyone considering buying Whey or Casein protein.

Very bad taste but it does what it says
3The taste of the "chocolate" with just water is horrible, and it mixes horribly with a lot of foam. I originally bought the other chocolate flavour they offered, but they seem to have taken it down; a let down. But overall it does what it says; gives protein release during sleep, as that is what micellar casein does. I can't say whether or not it works, as i feel it doesn't do a whole lot, and it hasn't exactly worked miracles. I'm having other protein and mass gainers during day and am eating in excess of 4000kcal per day, training with intensity and getting plenty of sleep. I've gained mass perfectly fine without it, and i wouldn't say that you need this what so ever unless you're planning on going into a very, very long deep sleep. Anyone who sleeps normally is fine with eating a slow releasing protein source, or even this, as their last meal.Goes Well With:Whey protein and Milk

5Couldn't believe how tasty the strawberry flavour is. I began wanting to drink it as a snack. Very filling also. Although by its very nature casein has a powdery texture no matter how much you mix it which some may find off puttingGoes Well With:I just mix it with water, dose not go well in a smoothie

micellar casein
5Really excellent to have an unflavored option: nothing added, just protein. The unflavored variety just tastes fairly creamy, as casein is a whole (for practical purposes unprocessed) protein, you don't have the chalky flavor that whey proteins try and cover up. Great product at good value.

Vanil ahhhhhh
5Amazing taste, does what it says, i mix it with water but man does it foam up, i end up drinking it then adding more water and necking it straight from the shaker because the foam wont come out the spout, bit of a pain if i was out but straight before bed its not a problem as im indoors.... Not tried other flavour but this is good even with just water mixGoes Well With:H2O

5Love this product the texture is fantastic & goes down well,just what you need before bed Goes Well With:Always mix mine with 300ml soya milk the taste is fantastic nice thick & creamy
