Definitely worth buying

Quick & lovely as a night time porridge!
5This product was delivered (default delivery option) within two days of placing a Web order. Great service. It's very light and 'dusty' in texture and so needs some care when handling to avoid creating great plumes of powder. The chocolate flavour is excellent - I just add one scoop of micellar casein powder to 40 g of porridge oats and then 225 g of just boiled water. Mix and leave to stand covered for 15 - 20 minutes to make a delicious just-before-bed final meal of the day. Cover and microwave (900W, 2 x 30 secs, stir in between) if using larger oats for a softer tasty chocolate porridge. Tweak preparation according to personal preference. I'm no expert in sports/muscle hypertrophy nutrition but published peer-peviewed scientific literature indicates that casein before bed can be beneficial to overall goals. I use it together with porridge oats at the end of the day to complete and balance my calorific and macronutrient daily targets . . . and it tastes superb as well! Purpose served.
5i got this as an additional supplement that i take along side with my mass gainer from ON. This supplement as far as i know reduces my metabolism during my sleep so as to decrease any weight loss on an empty stomach. the slow releasing proteins would be the reason for that. ive seen significant improvement when it comes to my bulking program. anyone who may hae had a problem with their massgainer tasting like, well honestly, cow dung should try mixing this into their shake. it does wonders. Thanks again for the initial discount my Protein. Great product as always. Goes Well With:ON (Serious Mass) *chocolate.

3it doesn't mix to the smooth consistency, its watery and taste powdery,even with minimal water.its bit better with milk, and good in smoothies but by itself not tasty at all. It prevent from waking up hungry so I guess it does what it says. And my muscles aren't so sore next day. The price was excellent with all those offers and coupons.I tried only one other brand casein so not much to compare but for the price I think I can sacrifice the taste.Goes Well With:almond milk and banana smoothe

2Doesn't mix to well and foams up quite a lot, tastes kinda like cotton candy or candy floss - i tried the strawberry flavour and wasn't overly pleased with it. Struggled through it and finished the bag but it was only for the fact that I'm mean and didn't wan to wast the dosh parted in the transaction. Goes Well With:Nothing

Struggle to fasten.
4These products are always great but I would grumble about one thing. To seal these bags you have to line up the lines on both sides and squeeze, it would be much easier if all the bags had the Velcro fastening system like the smaller bags. Goes Well With:Milk/water

Potent Protein
5I bought Strawberry Micellar Casein as I wanted a pure casein protein powder without the add-ons that other brands chuck in (like ZMA etc.). The first time I tried it, it was with water and it was so potent and sharp that I was glad I only bought 1kg of it. Safe to say, I will not be buying Strawberry flavour again even though I have got used to it and am now mixing it with milk (which is miles better). No doubt that the effectiveness is top quality, so will defiantly try a different flavour in the future. Goes Well With:My Protein ZMA tablets
