great taste but high sugar
4Great taste, still unsure on the results as only had it a couple of weeks. Only down size is high sugar content.

Great way to finish the day
4I noticed improved sleep using this casein as often you still feel fairly pumped after a workout that ends late going in to bedtime, this does the trick to get the rest needed. I'm not a body builder, just an average guy working hard for the last 9-10 months getting lean and defined with a very hectic work life schedule, for me this has been a great way to get that extra protein fix at the end of the day to keep my progress going. Has a very slight grainy texture as does not mix great, but still good quality.Goes Well With:Semi skimmed milk and bcaa+

5First time I have ordered from My Protein and I have to say I was not disappointed. Product mixes and tastes great unlike other more expensive brands which in some cases I have found to sweet and does exactly what it says on the tin (bag). I use a Vortex mixer and this mixed to a perfect liquid with none of the lumps or powdery residue I have had before with other products. Would definitely recommend both the product and the brand. Night time fix...
4This slow release protein is ideal for the evening time. It tastes great and mixes with both milk and water. It does need resting for 30secs-1min to let the foam go down but it is so worth the wait! Awesome product!

5Really nice taste, I honestly look forward to it before bed time it's that good, much better with milk then with water, but that's obvious, great shake and AIDS recovery. Great stuff myprotien. Goes Well With:Milk or water

5Very noticeable gains with this Easier for me to digest than whey protein + ideal before bed and on rest days I will defo be using this for a while .Goes Well With:Milk or water
