"these little tablets are really something special. I am new to them but bloody hell, they seem to be awesome. I took one this morning before college, and i was sitting in class, buzzing, i never took notes so quick. Also i took one half an hour before my gym session, I work my biceps to death tonight. I felt i had so much energy, i did more work than i have without the tablets, drop down sets especially improved."

"I find the 'sporting' benefits begin from a 300mg dose (1 and a half tablets). I use 2 of these for my early morning squat and deadlift because it helps get me 'in the zone'. Research has PROVEN caffeine increases muscular endurance. From my own tests, i find if i have NOT taken in any carbs (e.g just eggs in the AM) i seem to have a better reaction to caffeine. A high carb breakfast seems to 'dull' the effects."

"Not only incredible value for money, but also possibly the most effective supplement I have ever used. Takes around 30 minutes to kick in, and as long as you keep drinking plenty of water, this will give you a massive energy boost for a couple of hours while raising your metabolic rate at the same time."

I chew them up before I swallow them so I get the full effect quicker -great. on full or empty stomach if chewed still seem to work quickly.

"I normally take only 1 tablet at 5.00AM before I go to the gym, and I can tell you these work brilliantly - I would hesitate to take any more than two a day though, as it can be hard to get to sleep."

"Can't believe I bought these in Saturday, they were shipped yesterday and I have them today that alone is worth 5 stars. Great product don't need the hassle of forkin out a fortune for redbull, keeps me alert and awake with out jitters or my heart feeling like it's going to pump out of my chest, currntly using with ECA, another top myprotein product cheers guys :D"

Used these for years now for early morning gym sessions (both cardio + weights).\n\nKeeps me going nicely through the day at work too. \n\nHave always felt absolutely fine taking them + have been able to sleep with no probs.\n\nThey are also handy if you happen to be going to a club and need a little boost to stay awake.\n\nHighly recomended.

"Just tryed caffine pro for the first time, give my gym session a massive boost, only doing cardio at the moment and boy did these give me a kick up the arse, plus i sweat like never before. Also what a bargin, pro plus got nothing on these!!"
