5I would definitely recommend this Caffeine Pro. I find caffeine useful before a long ride, particularly if planning on quite a few climbs. I don't like taking caffeine in my glucose gels as it's difficult to dose the caffeine that way, if you're pushing hard you may need a frequent glucose boost but caffeine is not evidenced to work well that way. I take the Myprotein gels, which have a great electrolyte/carb mix and caffeine load pre ride and once during the ride depending on length. This gives you better flexibility. The dose is good and the price is pretty unbeatable.Goes Well With:myprotein ener:gel

Does exactly what you expect
5I go to the gym first thing in the morning and don't have time to make and drink coffee first. Caffeine Pro works a treat as a pre-workout supplement. The caffeine gives me a mental boost that helps me focus on my workout.

Cheap caffeine
5I take them pre workout, and I notice a difference. I can also take them in the morning instead of coffee to get my going.Goes Well With:water, shake etc.

3So I bought these Caffeine Pro tablets to help burn off extra calories in the gym. I've been taking them for nearly 2 weeks now and I think I must be either be very tolerant of caffeine or these just aren't doing what they say they do. That's not to say they don't work at all, but I think it just depends on how sensitive you are to caffeine. It does say not to use more than 1 tablet in 1 hour and not to exceed more than 2 tablets in a day, so it made me think it must be quite strong, but I can't say I have really felt the effects.Goes Well With:Water

Good Idea. Not strong enough.
3I don't want to sound like a caffeine junky, but for a heavy lifting session 200mg isn't really enough caffeine. Caffeine Pro gets you awake and feeling good, but for the overall energy level, it's not a good product by itself. I'm just not brave enough to mix caffeine with amino acids/creatine drinks.

Really good
5I don't mind the taste of Caffeine Pro and overall it's very good. I definitely burned a lot more calories than usual, and it's working wonders for my diet. I'm going to take them everyday before my jog, and before I work out. I would suggest to everybody to try them, and see how they work out because I am very pleased!Goes Well With:a lot of water, and some slow release porridge.

5I am a regular user of Caffeine Pro as I workout daily. I take one tablet prior to my workout and it gives me a burst of energy for an hour plus for a hard workout, I strongly recommend this product.
