Not as good as pre workout
4Thought I’d try these over the pre workout as it’s easier to take. However didn’t give me the buzz that pre workout did. Probably best to use to help you get through work or studying

much needed boost!
5Purchased this product as I wanted to try to get a caffeine energy boost but wanted to do something, without drinking coffee. Pleased with the affect this product has given me and feel much more alert, focused and energetic. Simple boost when I need it without having to always drink a coffee...highly recommended.

It made me gag
1Honestly the worst thing I have tasted. The protein tastes like grass and is thick and grainy in texture. Would not recommend. I know that vegan proteins aren’t as nice but now I’m stuck with 2.5kg of this stuff. Get a sample before a big bag

Brilliant
5I was a bit sceptical about these at first but honest to god, I swear by them.. I take one tablet approx 45 minutes to one hour before my workout.. I have so much energy and I’m burning nearly twice as many calories because I can push past the physical and mental block I used to have.. Amazing product.. Goes Well With:Water A-Z Multivitamin

Gives a boost
4I haven’t drunk tea or coffee for years so I was interested to see how these caffeine tablets would affect me. I can say that l certainly felt a boost of energy that stayed with me for the whole day and l think my appetite was suppressed (or I was too busy doing stuff) as I didn’t think of eating until evening, so I like these caffeine tablets so far.

Amazing products
5Really good product... since I start taking I don’t need to drink any more coffee just decaf... I feel fresh, not tired in the morning and what is good after just taking I feel really strong and with a lot of power :-)

Pre workout
5Great stuff caffeine. It helps to get you mentally ready for the workout ahead. Great addition to DIY pre workouts dissolves easily once blended (I blend it in the little part of my blender meant for grinding coffee beans) Goes Well With:5g AAKG 2g Beta Alanine 3g Creatine mono hydrate 250ml fruit juice or water
