This is a very enjoyable snack to meet your protein goals and to help digestion
4Product was very good. But dry in some areas help if it’s served with a sauce or cream. Taste is t too strong but is still lovely. Helps get fibre in which helps my digestion overall very good product.Goes Well With:With some custard after dinner

Perfect treat
4Love this, I mix It into a Thick paste and use It as a sweet treat. Great on crackers and bread. A slightly runnier consistancy makes a great sauce or topping. Warning, though It can result in eccessive wind. Hence 4 stars could be a bit sweeter too, but that's Just my personal preference.Goes Well With:Crackers, Crisp bakes, bread, ice cream ..........ect.

2After buying this I don't think I'd recommend it to others. I followed the instructions... It mixes really well. It helps you hit your protein goal. Quick and easy to make. It's really filling which is good. The main issue is the texture does not resemble a cake at all, it's pretty rubbery. Doesn't taste great either. I'd stick to protein shakes.Goes Well With:A small amount of chocolate Chocolate or biscoff makes it manageable.

Yummy Mug Cake!
5Don’t be put off by the reviews! These are so good, but you need to follow the instructions perfectly and not over cook them (they end up like rubber if you do!) I half the recipe so 25g of mix, 35ml of milk, mix well in a mug & microwave for 40 secs. Turn out onto a plate & add some sugarfree syrup & fruit. I’ve tried the chocolate & caramel ones & both are great! Goes Well With:Fruit Sugarfree syrup

5Amazing!! Chocolate flavour is just the right amount and really hits the spot. Follow the instructions as they are on the bag and you won’t go wrong! Goes Well With:Top with melted chocolate

Quick, Easy and delicious
5Love these mug cakes! I definitely prefer the salted caramel over the chocolate but both are super tasty. With the chocolate one I’ll put in 4g of cocoa powder to get a deep chocolate flavour and add more water. I add about 10g water extra anyway to make it a little saucy for both flavours. I also half a Cadburys Freddo or little bar to give it something extra. The macros are insane 26g of protein for 196kcals. I sometimes have it as a quick breakfast. As I put 50g in a cup, 80g of water, stir it up and microwave for 50seconds. A quick Breakfast or a sweet treat made in under 2 minutes. Goes Well With:A chunk of chocolate or biscoff

5The mug cakes taste good and help cravings for a sweet treat. A nice quick way to get some extra protein and not too many calories.
