Chocolate flavour
5Brought this to get a nice evening low sugar pudding. Followed the instructions and it turned out amazing. Can't wait to taste more flavours

Wow!
5Trying to increase my protein intake, without smashing through lots of calories. I like cake and thought..... "hmmm this could be the sweet afternoon treat i've been looking for" Well i weighed it into a pot, brought it into work, mixed it with roughly the correct amount of water (my shaker starts at 100ml), stirred it, banged it in the microwave oh wow amazing. Great taste, cakey texture, good taste (Chocolate) and no nasty after taste! - would reccomend, and a pretty good protein hit for 182cals.

Perfect Sweet Treat
5I bought the salted caramel flavour (I was struggling to decide between this and chocolate!). I was not disappointed! Mixes together really well with the recommended 70ml of water, and takes just 50s in the microwave. I added a broken up square of dark chocolate and it had melted perfectly in the middle of this cakey treat! Would definitely buy again :) Goes Well With:A cup of tea.

Really tasty
5This is the first review I have left on the my protein website because I am so happy with this product. It is so tasty and not overwhelmingly or sickeningly sweet. It has the perfect amount of sweetener and cooks perfectly in the microwave if you follow the exact instructions. I went for chocolate flavour. It is nice and moist and rises well. I mix my mixture in a bowl and make it this way rather than a mug. The macros for this are also very impressive and it contributes well toward my daily protein intake. It makes a good amount of cake and is filling enough to satisfy any chocolate cravings. This is genuinely an amazing treat without the cheat! I plan on trying the salted caramel flavour next timeGoes Well With:My protein white chocolate spread. If you slice it up, you can layer the spread in between and it is literally like an actual cake slice.

Great treat
5This is a very tasty treat you feel like you are eating some cake and not a healthier snack. I mix mine with the suggested amount of coconut milk instead of water and it amazing. Added a handful of nuts and I was delicious. I have a big sweet tooth and love chocolate this ticked all the boxes for me. Very satisfied. Goes Well With:Coconut milk and 30g of nuts.

Too much sweetener
3I have a very sweet tooth, but the amount of sweetener used in this is really off-putting. The first bite hits you with an artificial, chemically taste. I’ve used sweetened protein powders and added stevia to my food for years so I’m used to the taste, but this was too much even for me. Shame because the product would be great otherwise, good consistency and a nice healthy treat.

Really good item well priced
4I love cake. I never thought when i came on this site to buy my first order to try that theyd be a Healthier protein filled mug cake to try. I just had to buy it to try so i dont have to go cakeless on my joirney to get healthier and in so glad i did. This is really good much better than expected. Im so happy i can still eat cake with this will definetly be buying more, tastes great and mixes well also got it at a good price.

Is it just me who finds this awful?
3Followed the instruction, measured everything with a scale, and ended up with a mixture of unspeakable, half-cooked batter. Tried different variations, stirred halfway, etc; at best it turned out to be a tasteless pudding. There is nothing that reminds me of salted caramel except for the coloring - but hey, it's so high in protein I am willing to ignore my confused/quasi-upset stomach and declare it a success! The no sugar syrup is quite remarkable, but if you read that the first ingredient is thickened water, you'll understand the true texture, taste, and lightness of it. After all, sugar is the archenemy and protein is god, so why don't l keep ignoring my common sense/palate.
