Protien mug cake
5Dubious about this purchase. As many have written negative comments. But I must admit it was very easy to mix and is relatively nice flavour. I don't see what the issue is to get the correct mix. Perfect little protien boost in a warm mug. Ideal after a run in the cold. Or in an evening.. Goes Well With:Water or milk.

5Really good if you want something cakey, but don’t want to have anything too high in calories and want to make sure you stay on track with protein targets. Definitely tastes really nice and does have a spongey texture if you get the ratios rightGoes Well With:Ice cream, zero calorie sauces

5This was one of the first mixes I have tried and I was sceptical following a few reviews. Definitely get your measurements right and you won't regret. I mix it with a few flavour drops and chuck some toppings on and it's a perfect treat when I need one.Goes Well With:Flavour drops of any flavour!

Perfect for a sweet tooth
5Just made a salted caramel mug cake- 1 & 3/4 scoops of powder and 70ml water. Had to microwave for slightly longer than instructions said (about 1.5 minutes) but tasted better than it looked!!Goes Well With:Chocolate chips.

A tasty snack
5I bought the chocolate one and had seen mixed reviews but I actually really enjoy these. They’re a quick, easy, tasty snack and keeps me full and satisfied. I have made these a few times now and always follow the instructions of 1 scoop powder vs 1 scoop water and heat in microwave for approx 40-60 secs and it’s always turned out well. If you’re looking for a fluffy, caky texture this might not be for you, but if you’ve tried mug cakes before then you’ll not be disappointed.Goes Well With:Hazelnut spread

5Really quick & easy to mix and pop in the microwave. Tried the Salted Caramel flavour & very tasty, good consistency. But for full effect I recommend the suggestions about a spoon of peanut butter in. I tried this with Whole Earth Cocoa & Hazlenut PB....and it turned out like goey chocolate caramel fondant! You can't beat 25g protein in your pudding, can also fit this moreish pudding in to a Calorie Deficit and not feel remotely deprived - 284 calories all in. My new favourite pudding!Goes Well With:Peanut Butter

Great late night snack!
5These are great. They're perfect for me when I'm craving something sweet at night and just can't help myself! I believe there's Casein in there too so that helps. I've tried both flavours, the salted caramel is alright but the chocolate is the best in my opinion. I'd suggest weighing the powder and checking it's 50g rather than throwing an extra quarter scoop in there, that could be quite inconsistent. Same goes for the water too. All in all, great occasional sweet treat that doesn't destroy your eating plan or progress! Goes Well With:Flavordrops. Late night cravings. Not feeling guilty.
