5Started using the Vanilla meal replacement shake two weeks ago. Was very sceptical of replacement meals with a shake, they taste great and by replacing one meal a day I have lost over 3kg . I feel full after the shake and my diabetes readings are much better. A great product.Goes Well With:Water

Amazing!!
5Great flavour, with milk and water (although I prefer the first). Very easy to mix. Leaves me full for 2/3 hours!Goes Well With:Milk.

Best tasting meal replacement
5This is hands down the best tasting meal replacement shake I’ve ever tasted, it’s sweet but not too sweet, has a really nice creamy texture and mixes really well. If I’m on the go I mix it with water, at home I have it with unsweetened almond milk…tastes great with either. Highly recommend if you haven’t got time to meal prep and want something quick and easy that’s high protein and packed full of of essential vits and minerals! Goes Well With:Milk or water

Feel Full
5Trying this sort of option for the first time , for weight loss. Tried all fad diets and they still made me feel empty. This is so easy to make and use ,tastes great (Vanilla) and I feel full after the shake. First week and list over 1kg. So we'll pleased,don't feel week or lethargic and my blood sugar has dropped .Will bee ordering more , thanks a game changer.Goes Well With:Water

Tasty and seeing results
5I have tried most flavours of the shakes and liking the strawberry and chocolate the best. They mix well but need a good shaking. I replaced breakfast and lunch with shakes and just have a normal dinner at night. So far I've only been doing them during the week and have the weekend off although trying to make better choices but still going out for a meals etc. I lost most during the first 2-3 weeks and now down to a steady 1-1.5lbs a week loss but I'm happy with that considering only doing it Monday to Friday. Would definitely recommend.
