5I always buy strawberries flavor. Not too sweet and that's good. I mix it with water. Reminds me of the taste of ice cream. Cool. I do really like it.

Great taste, great value, great effects
5I bought this originally to try and lose some weight, and it has fast become a part of my daily routine. I love the taste, the salted caramel flavours are lovely. The low calorie count is excellent for the job it does and I don't feel hungry at all. The process of losing weight has become enjoyable and I look forward to my next shake.

Chocolate not a fan
5Love the product in general, ordered chocolate for a change but I’m not a fan, has a strange aftertaste. I should have stuck with Salted Caramel 🤣. On a whole the products are great.

Does exactly what it says!
4Lovely smooth shake and keeps you full like a full meal would. Initially I found the flavour too sweet but compared to other brands the taste is a lot better and smoother.Goes Well With:Lactose free milk.

Chocolate vs strawberry
5The chocolate tastes awful, it’s bitter and has a real chemical aftertaste. I’ll be going back to the strawberry as that is delicious, just fancied a change but chocolate is not the change I was looking for!

Meal replacement
5Used for a lunch time meal replacement, keeps me feeling full until tea time And no urge to snack on the sweeter things throughout the day. Goes Well With:Low fat greek yoghurt.

Meh
2Bought this to try and the taste is pretty awful. Not inedible but close! Doesn’t taste like chocolate and tastes very sweet and salty at the same time which I didn’t think was possible. I’ll finish the bag but won’t buy again.

Quick, easy and tasty
5I have tried both the strawberry and salted caramel flavours. They both taste great with no bitter aftertaste. They mix well ( blitz in a blender) and add ice at the end . I generally add more water as the consistency is very thick, and I prefer my shake more shake than thick shake. They are very filling and great for the protein boost! I have tried many other brands and this brand is definitely on top for taste and smoothness. Goes Well With:Crushed ice

Wouldn’t buy again
3I have been using the meal replacement shakes for a week. I ordered all the flavours but the salted caramel is the best so far. Mixes well. I have struggled with my hunger with these though! I’ve been having them for breakfast at around 9am. By 10.15am I’m really hungry to the point where I have felt light headed. I struggle to understand how people have said these have made them feel full until lunchtime! I followed the instructions re: quantity and measured out the powder. I only need to lose a small amount of weight and I can see how I could with these as there’s hardly anything to them, but I’ve just been left hungry and miserable. They make quite a small drink too (half a pint if that). I thought they would have been larger. I now plan to have mine later in the day rather than at the beginning, to see if that makes a difference.Goes Well With:Water
