4This product seems to be working well. It is easy to mix, great tasting and good value for money. I have already started to feel more energetic however it is way too early to truly validate its overall effectiveness because I have only been taking it for a very short time.Goes Well With:Meal Replacement Bars

Works but i'm tired
4it tastes good but its sweet and thick which can be hard to get down sometimes. Its definitely good at stopping you feel hungry, especially when drunk with plenty water. I couple it with plenty black coffee as the lack of calories has a pronounced effect on energy levels. Its having a weight loss effect when used with a calorie controlled meal at end of day but thats due to a severe calorie deficit. Whether its fat or muscle loss, I don't know yet. Goes Well With:Water. Alot of it too!!

Feeling ripped off
1Vlcd meal replacement has now replaced the low calorie meal replacement and is 3 x more expensive. The older low calorie meal replacement has roughly the same ingredients with 202 calories per serving and now the new "very low calorie meal replacement" has 200 calories per serving and costs 3 x as much. Just let that sink in for a moment. After a year of using my protein I think it's time to go elsewhere as this is a massive rip off. BUYERS BEWERE!! Goes Well With:A empty wallet

Mmmm..Really?
3Been taking this for a couple of months now. Mixes well with water and the chocolate tastes superb. Trouble is, I'm getting hungry soon after. Although I'm picking my 'snack' foods well such as prepared chicken, turkey, lean ham and beef to nibble on, I am not seeing much if anything at all regarding weight loss. I still weigh the same as a couple of months ago, it's just maintaining my weight. Plus, when nearly everything else was on offer plus additional discount, the VLCD was not. Very disappointed at that and the performance.Goes Well With:Water

5Great product. Tastes fantastic with milk and keeps you feeling full for a long time. Mixes very easily considering you are putting in 50g of powder. Goes Well With:Milk

Salty!
2For some reason the banana flavour tastes really salty! Literally couldn't take more than two sips. Ended up having to eat something to take the taste away

Tastes good
5I bought this along with diet whey. I have a diet whey with water in the morning which tastes ok. (Tastes much better with milk) I then have 2 of these shakes (double chocolate mixed with water tastes good) throughout the day then my healthy main meal at night. I have them for a bit of weight loss and convenience as it's easier to have a shaker and 102g of podwer in my bag than cycling to work with a bag of food that needs stored in a fridge. I don't feel hungry throughout the day, and am guilty of not being on a strict diet, having more than the one planned "cheat" day, because I want to, not because I'm hungry. I've still lost a few lbs in a couple of weeks.

Strawberry Flavour - serving size is wrong!!
4Very nice taste which is similar to a strawberry milkshake, although it's very very sweet, it could do with less sweetener, my personal taste would be half. Still tastes creamy when made with water. Serving size however is deceiving, as it says to use two scoops, 51g, however when weighed, one scoop was 47g, so if you use the scoops as a measurement, it will be almost double the recommended amount!! As this is supposed to be a meal replacement those calories add up!!

Quick, tasty, cheap and healthy
4Perfect choice for us who wanna live intensively yet healthy. Only tried the Vanilla so far. I blend it with extra protein (Pea Protein), Oatbran and sometimes some extra carbs (Insta Oats). I drink this for breakfast and dinner everyday. I havent found any cheaper meal replacement. Remember that you only need 4 scoops a day. I allways make sure that i get my 500g greens/day.
