These are a game changer !!!
5I have to admit, I was a little unsure of the taste to start with, but now I enjoy every single drop. These are like miniature bottles of adrenalin!!! I run 5 days a week and take these pre workout shots 10 mins before I start, and WoW 👌 they just give me the rush that I need to get me through my workout !! I am SO glad I found them !!! 100% recommended that you give them a go, I wouldn't want to workout without them now!! 5Use these just before I go on a run and they really do make a difference. Less fatigue feeling in my legs. Would definitely recommend

5Gives you the ability to lift heavier weights for a longer time with out fatiguing out, best pre workout ive used. Bit pricey but worth it

5These are amazing and get me through my FIghtKlub classes with ease. The taste is nice…..and the energy levels within about 10-15 minutes is amazing. I would suggest these to anyone trying to reach there goals spot on

Super worth it!
5Picked some of these up to up my game on days where I need an extra kick, although I was quite skeptical as to how I'd get on with them due to experiencing issues with caffeine. First day of using these I literally felt superhuman, which made the session incredibly easy! I've used them a decent amount since and they've really helped me to get focused and get more out of each session. I haven't experienced any downsides, like itchiness or post workout comedowns. The flavour is quite sour, but I'm all about it, so it works for me! Definitely worth picking these up when there's a discount available, other wise they're a bit on the pricey side!Goes Well With:Low drive days

5Absolutely brilliant preworkout shots. Much better than always having to mix a powder into a big shaker etc The little shots are small and easy to take on the go etc Excellent taste and both me and partner only take these preworkout shots now and no more preworkout powders!! We both train for 45/50 minutes both cardio and weight lifting and the shot gives a great pump and focus for the entire workout

Different flavours that are non sour should be introduced.
2The Good: Small size, so easy to drink it quick. The Bad: The taste is horrible (Sour) and tastes medicinal. Only one favour available - which doesn't taste good so won't be buying more until gentler, better tasting flavours are introduced.
